The kitchen has everything you need and is updated with a backsplash and stainless steel appliances. New floors throughout in 2020. The bedroom and bathroom are spacious, with an additional separate space for bunk beds. The back porch looks over the pond and canal and is so great for a morning or evening beverage. A stackable washer and dryer round out it's offerings inside. Under the building, there is enclosed storage for the unit. The community also offers boat and trailer storage off site, for an additional fee, if desired. The community is a mix of year-round residents and second-home owners. Short term rentals are allowed so you can use it for your own vacations and then rent it when you're not there! The owners did that and grossed approx 25k per year in airbnb/vrbo income over the past 4 years.
